Rachel is an instructor at Saving Chicago CPR. She moved back to the Chicagoland area with her daughter in 2013 after serving as a Medic in the United States Army for ten years.
It’s important to me that my classes aren’t boring. I want the students in my class to be engaged, ask questions and share personal experiences.
I’ve worked as an Army Medic, LPN, and RN both in the hospital setting and in the field. I have always enjoyed emergency medicine and trauma and I love being able to bring real world experience into classes. I feel it’s easier to learn and understand material if everyone is comfortable and enjoys participating in discussions.
What Clients Say About Me
I highly recommend going to Saving Chicago CPR! I was not looking forward to the full day ACLS course, but Jay was excellent, entertaining, and he calmed everyone’s nerves about the “big megacode”. The facility is clean, comfortable and close to major roads. I will definitely be returning for recertification in 2 yrs!!!
Jay was the best instructor for ACLS I have ever seen. I have taken a few other classes in the past and none have compared to the quality, organization, and professionalism of this one. I can’t wait to take PALS! Five stars!
